Adson Brown Tissue Forceps are special thumb forceps that are distinguished by their large thumb pads, flat, and a distinctive "Brown" tip design. 1 In contrast to the normal Adson forceps (which typically have 1x2 teeth), they have a unique design. The Brown design has several rows of fine, small teeth (typically 7x7 or 9x9) throughout all the way to the tip.
