Retour verzendkosten

  • Geen heropvulkosten : Wij rekenen geen heropvulkosten.
  • Gratis retourneren : Als het artikel niet correct is, tijdens de verzending beschadigd is of defect is, betalen wij de kosten voor de retourzending.
  • Verantwoordelijkheid van de klant : Als u het verkeerde artikel heeft besteld, bent u verantwoordelijk voor de retourverzendkosten.

Retourvoorwaarden

Geretourneerde artikelen moeten in nieuwe staat zijn, met labels en verpakking intact, om te voldoen aan ons retourbeleid.

Terugbetalingsproces

Zodra we je retourzending hebben ontvangen en gecontroleerd, laten we je weten of deze is goedgekeurd. Goedgekeurde terugbetalingen worden binnen 10 werkdagen verwerkt via je oorspronkelijke betaalmethode. Houd er rekening mee dat het langer kan duren voordat je bank of creditcardmaatschappij de terugbetaling verwerkt.

Schade en problemen

Controleer uw bestelling bij ontvangst. Als het artikel defect, beschadigd of onjuist is, neem dan onmiddellijk contact met ons op zodat we het probleem kunnen oplossen.

Uitzonderingen

Bepaalde artikelen kunnen niet worden geretourneerd, waaronder:

  • Bederfelijke goederen
  • Aangepaste producten
  • Persoonlijke verzorgingsartikelen
  • Aanbiedingen en cadeaubonnen

Uitwisselingen

Voor een snelle omruiling kunt u het artikel retourneren en een nieuw artikel van uw keuze kopen.

Wereldwijde verzending

Wij zijn er trots op dat we onze producten wereldwijd leveren. Zo zorgen we ervoor dat hoogwaardige chirurgische instrumenten overal toegankelijk zijn, waar u ook bent.

Klanten uit de Europese Unie

Indien uw bestelling naar de Europese Unie wordt verzonden, heeft u het recht om uw bestelling binnen 14 dagen te annuleren of te retourneren, op voorwaarde dat het artikel in nieuwe staat verkeert.
